Rag & Blade sought a rebrand that would better connect with their youthful audience and reflect their signature skin fade style and strong street culture influence.
The identity needed to capture the bold, rebellious energy of skate, streetwear, and graffiti culture, while still respecting the barbershop’s old-school roots and craftsmanship.
The final result was a comprehensive brand world spanning identity design, a capsule merchandise collection, web design, lifestyle and packaging applications, and art direction for a promotional video. The visual language extended into interior and exterior design, creating a cohesive, immersive experience that embodies street culture while remaining rooted in traditional barbering.
